In production the product is used by people who never saw the pitch. Onboarding gets them to the first useful answer in minutes, the interface shows what the model did and why, and every action the agent would take on their behalf is asked for, not assumed.

Do you also design the product?
Yes. Strategy, interface and interaction design sit in the same team as the model and the software, so the design is built around what the system can actually do and the model around what the user actually needs.
Can you start from a prototype we have?
Yes. We review it, keep what holds up and replace what would not survive real users. Starting from your prototype is often faster than starting from a blank page, and we say so when it is not.
Who owns the IP?
You do. Source code, models, prompts, designs and documentation are delivered in your repositories and your accounts. We keep nothing you would need to run or sell the product.
How do you validate before building?
With a working prototype on real data and a few real users, before the full build starts. You see it working, we see what to change, and the decision to build is taken on evidence rather than on a deck.
