Strategy

We find the few problems worth solving with AI.

An assessment of your processes, your data and your team, so the first project is the one that pays for the rest.

Typical problems

Where this usually starts.

A backlog of AI ideas, no order

Every team has a list. Nobody has ranked it against cost, data readiness and the number it would actually move. We build that ranking with you, in one working session.

Predict

A board asking for an AI strategy

"An AI strategy" is not a deliverable. A short list of the two or three problems worth solving first, and the case for each one, is.

Read

A pilot that never got a business case

Something got built, and nobody agreed what it had to prove. We write the business case before the first line of code, not after.

Detect
What we deliver

What lands in your hands.

  • An inventory of your processes, scored for AI fit and data readiness.
  • A short list of the two or three problems worth solving first.
  • A business case per project, with the assumptions written down.
  • A roadmap that sequences pilots by what they prove, not by who asked first.
  • A build, buy or skip recommendation for every option we look at.
  • A working session with the people who will own the outcome, not just sign it off.
In production

How it looks in production.

Every recommendation comes with the number it is meant to move and the evidence that would prove it wrong. A roadmap without that is a wish list, so we don’t hand one over.

When a project doesn’t clear the bar, we say so in the same session, before it reaches a slide deck. The roadmap that’s left is short, sequenced by what proves the case fastest, and something your team can run without us.

The four layers

Four layers. One system.

Before you ask

Questions about this service.

How do we start?

With a conversation about the problem, not a pitch. If it looks like a fit, we run a short scoping phase to understand your systems, your constraints and what "good" looks like, and we come back with a clear proposal before anyone commits to a build.

How do you decide what to build first?

We score every idea against its cost, the data you already have and the number it would move, in one working session with your team. The two or three that clear the bar become the roadmap; the rest wait.

What if AI isn't the right answer?

We say so in the same session. Some problems need a rule and a form, not a model, and that recommendation is part of the deliverable, not a reason to keep talking.

Do we need a strategy engagement before a pilot?

No. If the problem is already clear and the data is ready, we start the pilot directly. Strategy is for when the backlog is long and nobody has ranked it yet.

Do you only do AI?

AI is what we are known for, but the same team designs and builds software, infrastructure and complete products, with or without a model in them. If your problem is a platform, an integration or an app, that is a project for us too.
